Carrot Patch was created by Christopher Strauss. What began as a simple classroom whiteboard game quickly became a favorite among his students and even had a 3d video game prototype! Over the years, it’s gone through countless playtests and thoughtful iterations—now finally being self-published in both English and Mandarin Chinese. The decision to literally think outside the box came from watching kids walk away from game conventions empty-handed. By moving away from the traditional board-and-box format—which often drives up production costs—Carrot Patch was reimagined as a compact, pocket-sized game that’s both affordable and easy to take anywhere.
